Recently, South Korean HMTEC (hereinafter referred to as "HMTEC") visited and inspected the headquarters of Guangzhou Shincci Group, and had discussions and exchanges with Mr. Shi Zengkang, General Manager of Shincci Group.
HMTEC and his team arrived at the Low Temperature Evaporation Museum at Shincci Guangzhou headquarters. Mr. Shi introduced the development process and technological achievements of Shincci Group to the HMTEC team along the way. And Shincci's advanced experience and typical practices in developing low-temperature drying high-end equipment, ecological whole industry chain projects, etc.
At the subsequent symposium, HMTEC President Lin gave a detailed introduction to the current situation of the local low-temperature drying treatment and disposal market in South Korea. President Lin said that South Korea has one of the highest solid waste recycling rates in the world and still faces challenges in reducing waste, energy consumption, and carbon emissions. With the intensification of urbanization and industrialization, the problems of air pollution and water pollution remain severe. While South Korea's environmental policies continue to improve, environmental technology still needs to be continuously improved, and advanced foreign technologies should be introduced to empower the positive development of South Korea's environmental cause.
During the meeting, the HMTEC team brought up relevant issues and opinions with the Korean local pending projects. After carefully listening to the introduction of the HMTEC team, the General Manager of Shizeng Mine, Director Wang Jianguo, and Shincci Technical Team made reasonable suggestions and plans for the technical requirements of the project one by one.
According to the project requirements, Mr. Shi provided a detailed introduction to the Shincci SHS series low-temperature drying equipment for the HMTEC team. The SHS series saves more than 50% energy compared to traditional low-temperature drying, which is twice the industry standard. Adopting the dehumidification heat pump closed drying process, the drying reduction can reach over 80%, and the operating cost can be as low as 160kW. h/t. Mr. Shi introduced Shincci's new equipment and technology, while also simulating project design on-site based on the project requirements of the HMTEC team. After listening to Mr. Shi's vivid introduction, the Shincci SHS series equipment has strengthened the confidence of HMTEC technical personnel.
The next day, HMTEC and his team arrived at the Duchang Shincci Agricultural Deep Processing Cultural Industrial Park. Led by General Manager Shi, they visited the exhibition hall of Shincci Agricultural Park, the Ecological Agriculture Museum, the Grain Drying Workshop, and the Composite Pyrolysis Workshop.
Duchang Shincci Agriculture is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shincci Group with an investment of 150 million yuan. As a three-dimensional agricultural demonstration base with one county and one park, HMTEC and its team deeply felt the determination and practical actions of the entire ecological circular economy industry chain in Shincci Agricultural Park. From crop sowing and fertilization to deep processing of grains and by-products, and then to resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste through processes such as composite pyrolysis. Shincci has truly achieved the goal of "making the most of everything" in this industrial and agricultural closed-loop chain!
As an indispensable manufacturing link in the entire industry chain of Shincci, the new Shincci production and manufacturing base with manufacturing capabilities ranking among the top in the country is also the last stop of HMTEC's team. Here, the HMTEC team visited the XinShincci Equipment Exhibition Hall and the park workshop.
Under the leadership of General Manager Shi, the HMTEC team has successively entered the raw material workshop, heat exchanger workshop, final assembly workshop, etc. Here, the HMTEC team witnessed the modular innovation of Shincci equipment and experienced the high standard and refined manufacturing process of Shincci heat exchangers, auxiliary machinery and other components on site. The high-quality manufacturing level is the cornerstone of Shincci's leading position in the world, and it is also the reason why the HMTEC team has traveled thousands of miles to visit Shincci.
The three-day trip of the HMTEC team to Shincci has come to a temporary end. Shincci plans to layout and deepen its work in the environmental protection industry, equipment manufacturing, and other fields, which coincides with HMTEC's development philosophy. President Lin expressed on the way that he hopes that Shincci and HMTEC can support each other and work together in industries such as green environmental protection to achieve more substantive cooperation. I also believe that Shincci's globally leading ability in low-temperature evaporation will add strength to the new transformation of South Korea's solid waste reduction technology route!
